The whole house just went dark
Breakers won't reset. Neighbour's house still has power, so it's not a network outage. Could be a tripped main, a failed RCD, or worse. We isolate and find it.
Burning smell from the meter box
Anything smelling hot or plastic-y near the switchboard is treated as urgent. We attend, kill the supply, and rebuild whatever the heat has cooked.
Storm just rolled through
Lightning surge, blown submain, water in the roof cavity sitting on cables. Common after a Sydney summer storm. We make it safe before anything gets switched back on.

We assess
Branded ute arrives. Licensed electrician isolates the fault, tests the affected circuits and tells you in plain English what's going on.
We fix or make safe
If it's a same-night fix, we do it. If it needs parts or daylight, we make-safe so you have light, fridge and hot water until we're back.
We follow up
Test certificate goes in your email. If the fault hints at a deeper switchboard or wiring issue, we write up a quote so it doesn't bite again.

Do you really answer the phone at 3am?
Yes. Mani or whoever is on call that night. We've taken jobs at 4:11am before and we'll take them again. If we can't get to you fast enough we'll tell you straight away so you can keep ringing.
What does an after-hours callout cost?
There's a flat callout fee that covers the trip and the first half-hour onsite. Anything beyond that is quoted before we start. No hidden bills, no surprise invoices the next morning.
Can you handle a commercial site too?
Yes. Three-phase faults, retail fitouts losing power, strata common areas going dark, factory rewires after a fault. We carry the gear and we have the licence numbers (CL 376553C and 000108133) to back it up.
