Pyrmont is a tight peninsula that swung from wool stores and power station to one of the country's denser apartment markets in about two decades. Most of the calls we get here are inside towers built since the late 1990s, where the wiring is modern but everything funnels through shared risers, mechanical floors, and basement carparks.
