Potts Point is one of the most densely populated postcodes in the country, and it shows in the work. Most of what we do here happens inside art-deco apartment buildings stacked along Victoria Street, Macleay, and the narrow lanes between them. These buildings were built before anyone thought about reverse-cycle air con, induction cooktops, or two EVs in the basement. The mains capacity, the meter cupboard layout, and the run from the board to the unit all have to be planned carefully.

Strata is part of every job. We're used to working with building managers, getting common-property access approved in advance, and scheduling cabling work outside resident quiet hours. If the meter board lives in a locked riser shared by four units, we work that out before the truck rolls.

The hospitality strips bring a different rhythm. Restaurants and bars along Llankelly Place and Macleay Street need three-phase kitchen work, exhaust hood interlocks, and emergency lighting that passes annual certification. We do the install, the test, and the paperwork in one visit so the venue doesn't lose a service.
